I got this hotel thru Hotwire, supposedly a 3 star hotel. $80/night. I would say this is more like a run down motel, and was very disappointed in the cleanliness and quality. The good: From the outside, it looks fine and there is a good amount of free parking. The AC in the room I had was very cold. The bad: You are given just one actual key, not a plastic key card. You may not get another key. The percolator did not work, neither did the second one they brought. On the 3rd try, we received a working percolator. The duvet cover (grey) had the imprint of a sweaty back and arms on it, and crusty white spots. Looks like the cleaning service just replaced sheets and not remove or replace the covers. We requested new linens, and after 3 hours, had to go downstairs to request in person and wait for them. There is no fitted sheet on the bed, just a loose sheet and a duvet. Mattress exposed. No washcloths provided. Soap dispenser did not work, even though the container is full of soap. Shower and sink drains clogged, after requesting for someone to come service it (twice), housekeeping finally came and pulled out a hairball and shook it in front of my mom saying "see,HAIR!!!" as if she was responsible for the massive clog after spending just one night. Walls painted and no paint tape used, resulting in grey roller brush marks along the ceiling where the walls meet. My mom dropped her charger plug and moved a dresser to find it, but found a lot of dust and dead cockroach. Bottom of dresser was falling apart, and painted over anyway. Chair upholstery in the room was very dirty/stained. Light switch in bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned.
