I stayed there for almost 20 days, the service was excellent - whenever I put 'do not disturb' sign on the door, soon after I got back, I received calls asking if I needed anything. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and well maintained. The price was very reasonable given the location and the level of service - I highly recommend.

Great hotel with a good location in Abu Dhabi. Unbeatable service and attention. Spacious, nice and clean room. Very good breakfast. Only two drawbacks: the pool was closed for maintenance and this fact had not been reported during the time of reservation. The only solution offered to us was to use the pool at another of the chain's hotels. And finally, we booked accommodation for 4 people, but the room was prepared for 2. An extra single bed was added and we used the sofa (which is not a sofa bed)
