Stayed for 2 nights on vacation with my wife in Jan 2024. Ever since I stepped off the cab to enter the hotel, it has been a string of disappointing encounters with the staff. When we reached the hotel and were stepping out of the cab, there were at least 4 bellhops lazing around in the lobby, and could clearly see guests about to check-in, but not even 1 tried to help us with our luggage or opening the door. ||The check-in process was equally disappointing with 3 surly faced individuals on the reception. The female staffer who checked us in was either not trained enough, or was intentionally trying to misguide us about the rooms. When asked for an upgrade, she lied about our room category being the highest, when there are 2 higher categories clearly mentioned on their website. She did not inform us about any of the hotel amenities, or breakfast timings, venue etc.||Basic toiletries are not provided in the room, and the surly faced gentleman at the reception rudely refused to arrange a travel charger converter for us (international guests). Why do these people choose to work in the hospitality sector, with such poor people skills, is beyond me. ||Breakfast was an absolute DISASTER with the dining room looking like a war-zone. It was small, cramped, smelly, and the kitchen staff didn't bother cleaning the serving area, or refilling the empty vessels. The spread of dishes was decent, but at least 2-3 items smelled & looked stale. ||All in all, my humble request to anyone reading this review, do not get fooled by the high ratings on TripAdvisor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

“City Seasons Hotel has been an absolute delight to stay at. The location is prime, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer all the modern amenities one could hope for. The staff is impeccable in their service, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. The in-house dining options are diverse and delicious, catering to a range of palates. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of my stay has been top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend City Seasons Hotel to anyone visiting the area.”
