Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review. I spend 1 day on this hotel on November. The room wasn't very clean. Lots of restrictions, small hairs on the bedding. We booked a room for 3 people, but there was only a bed for 2 people. They prepared a sofa for third people after our request. Moreover kettle and hair dryer not working. It is not possible to use tea and tea left in the room. There were only 3 tiny towels. Plus only for the iron included. there is no electricity in most electrical sockets

It was a terrible experience. The room was absolutely filthy. There was dust everywhere and the microwave, coffee table and kettle was disgusting. The whole floor was covered in dust. You couldn't walk around and our socks were covered in dust. There was no hot water in the bathroom. When we spoke to reception an engineer came and did a temporary fix. He knew exactly what the problem was and said he's ordered a part. Later they told us they're happy to change the room. They knew about all the problems so why did they give us the room? Faizan at the reception said we'll give you a refund. They didn’t want to solve the problem. Another staff said 'you should have come and checked the room before booking'. We came from the United Kingdom, we can't come and check a room before booking it. Its not feasible! You look at reviews and book it from that. Stay away from this place unless you want to get ill!
