We visited this place 3days ago for 2 nights to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday. And we have a wonderful stay experience as the place is so amazing from the reception the staff are friendly and they accomadated us nicely, the rooms are big enough for family of 6. It's fully furnished apartment and everything are provided....they have nice amenities as weel, life guards are everywhere making sure that every one are safe while enjoying their cleanest swimming pool and beach. The environment is Instagramable ready. One day we'll come back again....
Worst experience I’ve ever had for a “Luxury” hotel - do NOT recommend My Husband and I had booked a staycation at Address Beach resort Fujairah, mainly because of their spa and offer of 20% on spa treatments. Our stay at the supposedly luxury Address Hotel and Beach resort Fujairah, was nothing short of a catastrophic letdown. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this hotel was far from the luxurious experience it claimed to be, as they failed spectacularly in every aspect. 1. Let's start with the lack of a spa – a staff member called 2 days in advance to confirm the booking whereas we confirmed and asked if the spa needed to be booked in advance, as this was our main attraction, where they advised no need to book in advance, the spa could be booked upon check in. However upon check-in, we were informed that the spa was fully booked. This critical information should have been conveyed during the booking process/confirmation, giving us the option to cancel. After complaining they then offered us 2 slots the next day at 2pm after our check out, which we were not happy about at all, however decided to be flexible and accepted, but requested if any earlier slots came available, to book us in accordingly. The next morning the spa called us to inform that the 2pm slots we already booked, wasn’t available after all and they could offer us new slots at 4pm, 4 hrs after our check out. This we rejected and cancelled the spa although this was the main reason for our stay. The hotel's lack of communication and disregard for the importance of such amenities is inexcusable for a so-called "luxury" hotel. 2. Upon check in we were also wrongfully advised that the dinner incl. in our package was only for the buffet although our booking confirmation states the option to choose between the buffet or the Salia Restaurant. The buffet, which was supposedly a highlight, turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The selection was underwhelming, and the quality of the food was horrendous as well as cold, which is completely unacceptable considering the exorbitant rates and from a “5 star hotel” It's frustrating to be misled by the hotel's staff, leading to a lack of trust in anything they say or offer both in terms of the Spa and Restaurant as well as not getting what we paid for. 3. As if that wasn't enough, one of the robes in the room was dirty, with old make up on which is lack of attention to detail and highlights the hotel's negligence towards maintaining a hygienic environment for its guests. (attached picture) When we attempted to address these issues with the hotel upon check out, I was met with indifference and excuses. They showed no remorse for their failure to deliver on their promises of a luxurious experience and offered no meaningful solutions or compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment they had caused. We were offered late check out AFTER already being packed and checked out dissapointed. In conclusion, Address Beach resort is a far cry from the high-class oasis it claims to be. The lack of a availbitlity in the spa, the terrible buffet, incorrect information from reception, presence of a dirty rope in the room, as well as the audacity from the staff to postphone our spa appointment further after complaining and requesting an ealier appointment is nothing but a joke. Address markets itself as a luxury hotel, which they simply did not live up to. I urge any potential guests to steer clear of this deceptive and lackluster place and instead invest their hard-earned money in a hotel that values their patrons and actually delivers on their promises of a top-notch experience.
