This isn't what I'd consider a pet-friendly hotel. You can't even check in or check out at the reception lobby with a dog. Instead, they make you wait outside in the hot sun. I had a newborn puppy that couldn't tolerate the heat. Despite their so-called "pet-friendly" areas, they're all outdoors and lack air conditioning. This is unacceptable in the UAE's heat, and it's harmful to any dog. I would kind off accept it if it’s a big dog that’s barking or doing issues. But mine can’t even bark yet!
