Had planned a family staycation here. I was surprised with the guest occupancies even during the off season in the emirates. Rooms are clean and equipped with modern amenities and accessories. Staff has been very cooperative and willing to help. There’s something good for everyone as activities, including toddlers to kids to teens. Gym is well equipped and clean. F&B has been top class with a great spread of the varieties being offered for breakfast. Good professionalism exhibited by the management and special thanks to May, Limbu, Jenny, Amisha and chef Dinesh. All made our stay memorable. Only improvements (no complaints ) I thought could be - a. indoor badminton and/squash. Possibly can add steam room as well. b. Timing for the teen club could be longer. Overall, very satisfying experience and recommend for family outings.

Intercontinental in Ras al Khaimah 3/5 🌊 Not ready for all inclusive service and need improvement What i Like 👍🏼: - Good beach, ocean , very clean . - I like interior design and decoration, helped me feel cozy, comfortable . 3- Gym, Spa is very good What I dont like 🥵: 1- Food.. very limited choices for buffet, only 1 kind of fish , too much Arabian spices every dishes 2- Service at restaurants was not good , sometimes terrible. 3- Atmosphere at resort not relaxing. Family with kids mixing with other guests, its very crowded and mess specially on dinner..its terribly noisy. For 7 nights I was never enjoyed dinner here 🥲 4- Beach bar . Not attractive and not relaxing. Drinks are not delicious . Landscape!!! Again not many plants and green’s.. .. i know so many plants that can grow without water , its just about your landscape designer team . 5- Landscape is too dry and not match with resort vibes . If you invest in BOSE sound system all around resort, why cannot put more plants? 6- We paid for all inclusive to made our stay relaxing and no worry about bills . But in real - we spend so much time to line up for dinner and stress because they always make mistakes and misunderstood simple things . Definitely not ready for all inclusive relaxation service and staff need improvement a lot!!
