I mostly stay here during new year with friends. This was our 3rd stay in the villas for new years. We got a great deal for 2 nights stay. The pool is temp controlled and they clean it daily. The sofas , dining chairs and bedroom curtains had stains and were real dirty. Some bathroom showers were not working well and the staff had not kept bath soap. Room service tried our patience everytime we called them. Its a challenge to get towels from them. All in all the hotel really needs to maintain cleanliness.

The only thing good about this hotel is the pool temperature controlled. First i asked for robes and we were six we recieved only two robes after two hours. The dine in breakfast takes one hour to bring and the taste and options not that good. Some food was burned and too much oil and the eggs are old Nobody comes to clean the rooms, unless you asked for we asked to wipe table and take trash and they only did that nobody mobbed or brushed for the two days we stayed. The bed sheets have a weird smell. The furniture and bathrooms needs replacing with newer
