We went for a weekend 2 night trip with a few of our friends. The checkin process was smooth with Adriaan upgrading us to the Kids Escape family suite. It was effectively a 2 room suite facing the see. We had a wonderful view of the sunset. This is our first experience of an all inclusive package. We spent copious amount of time at Isla bar. Dinner was at AJA Asian restaurant where the maki rolls were awesome. We watched the Michael Jackson show which in itself was worth paying for separately. Morning breakfast at Seven Heights had an elaborate spread. The staff were courteous and all our requirements were being fulfilled. We had good time at the calm gulf water. It was amazing the cabanas on the beach were free. Had a good time at the Infinity pool while savoring cocktails from the pool bar. On the second evening we watched the Havana theme night which was mesmerizing. Had a chance to bump into the Director of entertainment, Mr Oman, who must be busy throughout the year. Our room fridge was overflowing with chips and beverages, sadly could not consume any of them as was busy getting stuffed in the restaurants. Ismail helped us a lot during our stay with his ever helpful attitude. Also a shout out to Gagan from housekeeping, Muthu and Sayed at Seven Heights, Ranjit and Aniq at Infinity bar and Meghna at Aisa Bar. Will surely return.

Our stay was overall enjoyable. The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us. I just wish they would consider more toddlers when they put the restaurants opening timings because it was not easy to find healthy snacks such as fruits when my toddler was hungry. A toddler wouldn’t wait till 1 pm (for buffet to start) when he is hungry and needs a snack. The only thing we were able to find was ice-cream which is not an option for our child because it’s loaded in sugar. I suggest the hotel should provide 24 hours healthy snacks such as fruits for kids below 2 years because it clearly is a family oriented resort. However, the staff did their best to get us fruits even after we checked out.
