The rooms are nothing like the pictures. We were scheduled in a 2 bedroom "apartment" with only one bathroom. One shower gel and one shampoo for 5 people, half a toilet paper roll. We asked for more of these utilities and the girl at the reception had to go buy more - all ok if she didn't act like she was doing us an extreme favor. We had to go buy more toilet paper later has we really didn't want to ask for anymore "favors". Then comes the worst part: what smells like urine, looks like urine, is all over a bathroom floor but the staff say it's not urine? Whatever yellow liquid was on the floor. We asked for a different room and there were no others available, we asked for the girl in the reception to come with us and check it, she unwillingly went with me and called a lady to clean it. Both were very upset they had to do it. 2h later the bathroom floor was again filled with the yellow liquid that was dripping from the wall under the sink. It was so bad we had to use the shower towels on the floor so we could step on the bathroom. We had to stay the night has 3 of us had food poisoning and were not strong enough to move. The smell was so unbelievable unbearable that we had to sleep with the windows open - there was not a single bed cover in the room and it was a very cold night so again... another great thing about this stay. The next day, as soon as everyone was feeling better we ran away. Scheduled another room in another place. The girl in the reception asked why we were leaving soon - we told her "because it's impossible to be there with the smell" and she just said "needs to be fixed". Oh really? You think so? So we paid and had to pay for another room and leave,we got nothing like the pictures, no utilities and had to buy some(shampoo and shower gel we actually had with us from previous hotel),we had to deal with the smell of urine everywhere,we had to use the towels to not step on the yellow liquid (again... they said it was not pee)and not even a sorry.
