5 stars if you want a beach party, 1/2 stars if you want to relax: At first glance this hotel has everything you need and the quality of the rooms, the buffet etc is quite high quality overall, as I would expect from a 5-star-hotel. However, we came here (like most people I assume) to enjoy the beach and pool in July - and here comes the problem. The music is so loud at the beach and pool all day that we couldn’t relax at all and ended up spending our time outside the hotel (we measured it to 80-85 dB). Even from our hotel-room we were annoyed by the music from the pool. We found this quite weird and ironic, since the hotel is a ‘spa and resort’ which sells itself as a place for wellness, and most guests are couples and families. The staff was friendly when we pointed this out, but nothing changed.

The pictures from the hotel inside and outside is not exactely what you can expect. The pools are too crowded, food and drinks to expensive, bad service and administration, just 50% of the training equipment in the gym is actually working, loud music. The rooms seems to be smaller than announced, and not well equipped but the terrace was good. This is not what i would expect from a 5-star hotel.
