This is not a 3-star hotel at all. Maybe a backpacker hostel. Tinny manual elevator just for 2 The room looks like a hostel. The breakfast is terrible. Not continental, neither buffet. You need to ask for it and can't pick anything yourself. The location is the only good thing. Definitely, I don't recommend it at all. For that price, you could get a better hotel or an exclusive Airbnb.

We had a good stay at Epico Recoleta Hotel. The receptionist was a bit moody but the rest of the personel was super nice. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and the bathroom spacious. Breakfast is included. It was OK, nothing fancy though. The location, on the other hand, is great. It's difficult to park near the hotel for free, so if you're arriving with your car expect to pay at least 1300 pesos for a night in a parking lot.
