Stayed for one night and enjoyed it quite a bit. Not sure what most of the negative reviews are about. There's 4 floors but the elevator only goes to the third floor so you have to go up the stairs like a normal person to get to floor #4, which I'd imagine is fine for most of the human population. The building has kept a very old fashioned feel to it, with a winding staircase and an elevator from yesteryear. I expected a terrible room based on other reviews but it was quite nice. You cannot beat the location, and I'll emphasize this. It's in a great spot. Overall it feels like you're experiencing a hotel from the mid 20th century and I enjoyed it. On the negative side, the great location means it's not quiet in your room. Expect a lot of noise from outside, and it's near a parking garage that is very noisy. Also, there is no free breakfast. I don't know why they advertise this and should remove it. I was really annoyed with this. The bed was really awful, too. Single thin mattress that was sinking into itself in the middle. Overall I would recommend this to anyone as long as you are a deep sleeper or have some earplugs.
