Modern, Clean, Comfortable, Quiet, and in a Great Location! Also everyone working at the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. I stayed there for a week then went to Patagonia and then stayed again at Up Recoleta . I would highly recommend it! Yes the rooms are very small but it's still a great value especially considering the highly desirable neighborhood that's also close to parks, museums, restaurants, bars, and more.
I don’t recommend this place at all. I chose it for the reviews but I’m very disappointed. Room was very dirty and small… so small you had to stand in profile to walk between the bed and the wall. cleaning was a total disaster. we had to ask for clean towels three times during the stay because all were dirty and with hair on it, also we saw the cleaning staff leaning all the clean towels on the stairs floor during the cleaning! Room with a French bed was very small and uncomfortable, the sheets did not cover the whole bed so we had to fix it every two seconds... the window overlooked a dark cloister, you could not open the window. and I could go on forever but I save myself ... just go elsewhere
