While I'm in the middle of my stay here, I would say, for the price, this hotel meets expectations nicely. Yes, as others have said, the place could use some updating, but I would argue that it not only adds to the charm, but also makes this hotel fit in well in the city. The employees have been nothing short of pleasant at all times. Centrally located for me (here on business), but still close to shops, restaurants and bars (within a couple of blocks). The shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water. If my work returns me here in the future, I would gladly stay at the Wilton again.

I wanted to like it because the staff was very friendly but it really needs to be updated. Carpet in room was old and dirty. Bathroom old but good water pressure. Location was in, safe neighborhood and not far from bus and Subway. Either they need to reduce price or update hotel.
