Rooms were great with a nice view, food was decent even though i am pretty sure all of the main courses are frozen but prepared with care and the right spices so they didn't taste too bland, compliments to the kitchen. Our biggest problem was the service that looked and behaved unprofessional, on top of that being unfriendly just because me and my wife asked if they forgot our drinks or are the drinks on the way, the older lady seemed more professional but you can see a fake smile on her face all the time and the eyes she gave her colleagues when they brought something was unpleasant, the guy at the bar was really nice and made us feel welcome but he couldn't make a cocktail if his life depended on it, my wife drank four different ones over the few days we stayed and every time he drowned the cocktail in alcohol and that was not enjoyable for my wife. The only person qualified for a job in a hotel establishment with 4 stars for us was the lady with the curly hair at the reception. If you plan to go here you owe it to yourself to put that money to better use and find a hotel with more professional and kind staff that will make your stay worth while.
