Very good CBD hotel. We loved the fact that it was very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Valet parking, Sanju Joseph and the concierge team were fab and made the effort to try and connect with us every time we got our car. It was nice to have that personal touch. We went to the executive lounge for breakfast. Was a bit hit and miss and often missing things and food gone and not replaced, plates not cleared and things not replaced. We opted to go out for dinners as the restaurant menu didn’t look very kid friendly. Enjoyed many a swim in the pool. More attention needed as often it was several hours between servicing down there and they ran out of towels etc. Overall a great stay though

Some may call this petty some will understand. First off I wanted to give this hotel five stars…but it fell short for a high end hotel..and here’s why…. Place is great! Rooms great! View fantastic, people friendly and helpful…first evening we needed a light desperately replaced as it was constantly flickering and on a Circuit that couldn’t be left off as other needed lights were on it. As my wife is epileptic, this wasn’t acceptable. A simple replacement of a bulb was all that was required it was a strange thing to be told we’d have to wait for a technician the next day. The Manager on duty did her best to offer us another room ( which as it was late and we’d unpacked for a stay of over one week said no )…..so we just called it a night. It was replaced next morning..Then the three days of housekeeping issues started. Waited daily for room make up that was so long into the afternoon that we had to call to get it done. Including poor communication between their own staff as for when I questioned two housekeepers as to when ours would be done ( front desk said right away)…and both persons said our room wasn’t theirs!..next, A simple glance around by the maid to see if there were two bath towels, two hand towels and two face cloths when doing the bathroom-we had to call down every day as there would be three three and none, or two none and one or.well...you get it…then our TV had a pixillation issue. Twice they said they reset the tv…but the issue never full went away….these are only things for them to improve on. As for the overall experience, from the on-site restaurant with great food and prices ( except the breakfast Buffett) ..the pool, the LOCATION which can’t be beat and the great staff ( housekeeping excluded)…I’d totally stay here again and would highly recommend.
