I recently visited the Hilton for breakfast on 01/01/2024 between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM and unfortunately had a rather disheartening experience with the valet parking and security staff. Upon my arrival, I approached the valet parking area with the expectation of convenient parking as a hotel guest. However, I was informed by the valet parking attendant that I couldn't park my car on the premises. This was unexpected and contrary to the level of service I have come to expect from Hilton. Furthermore, when seeking clarification from the security personnel, I encountered a similar lack of assistance and understanding. It's essential for the security team to be aware that their interactions contribute significantly to the overall guest experience. I would like to bring this to your attention with the hope that the matter will be addressed appropriately. As a loyal customer, I believe that open communication and a customer-focused approach are crucial in maintaining the high standards for which Hilton is known. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing about any steps that may be taken to prevent such instances in the future.

Sometimes you stay somewhere and the staff are just professionally perfect. Intelligent and engaged. This is that place. You wouldn't know if they were tired or having a bad day. The staff made the experience for me in this sanctuary in the middle of an amazing city centre. Not a brand new building but the atrium in the centre is calming every time you return to the hotel. Our room was well maintained with attention to detail, and a great city scape view. Location was perfect within minutes of quality shops, malls. I couldn't have wanted for more. Looking forward to coming back as a destination in itself. Separate review, but quick shout out to Ricochet coffee close by on Edward st.
