I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It is a short and easy walk from Roma Street Station. Check-in was quick and easy and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean with everything you need for an extended stay. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and it’s lovely to feel so clean after a big day of travel. The bed is large and comfortable. The location is very convenient with cafes and a 7-11 close by. This will be the place we stay now every time we go to Brisbane.

Instantly upon arriving both employees at the desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. As a nanny preparing for a family of 6 to arrive they were friendly and understanding making the whole experience smooth and efficient, even having our room ready earlier than expected. The room itself was so clean and fully prepped for all our specific needs and we were relived to have such a lovely place to land after long travels. Would definitely stay again specifically this site. Thanks so much lovely team. Special thanks to Mani in particular who was very patient straight off. ||Lucy
