We didn't expect to have the views we had. River views on the 51st floor were more than what we paid for. Located on the CBD, shopping, site seeing was convenient. Just note that the check-in is 2pm, so if you have an earlier flight (like us), you can have your luggage stored at the reception until check-in time. The lady the first served us on arrival was a tad bit moody, but she probably had a long night, so we overlooked that. The ladies who served us after that were so helpful and cheerful. The pool and spa were closed for renovations (I think), but for tourists, we didn't mind as we were out and about all day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and cutlery, and there is a 7 Eleven downstairs for more convenience.

I at the Oaks Aurora for 3 nights recently. From our booking experience to our check out, I couldn't fault it. The friendly staff on arrival were helpful and the check in process was easy and fast. The apartment was roomy, clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. The kitchen had everything you need in cutlery, pans etc if you wanted to cook your own meals (though it's walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in the city or a short ferry ride to South Bank) The big balcony offers a beautiful view of the Story Bridge and has an outdoor setting to enjoy. There's a 711 downstairs for convenience and a little Cafe outside that does a great coffee. Overall I'm very happy with my stay and recommend it. Will definitely stay again 😊
