Stayed recently with my partner, Fantastic service from the staff , the reception team were really friendly and helpful the let down was room cleanliness, had to buy cleaning chemicals as the bathroom was grim , long hair everywhere, blocked sink overflow and just general smell. Great location , room is a little old but would be great if more attention to cleaning and vacuuming, the noise of hoons in the next door carpark till late hours was also bothersome . Usually stay at festival towers and probably would go back there again next time

Location is great and rooms are clean. However, as acknowledged recently by another hotel guest, we also suffered the loud compressor noise from the car park next door. This deafening noise started at 9pm and lasted until 2am on two consecutive nights. We had very little sleep! Staff weren't very helpful or sympathetic.
