Overall, I loved it here. Staff are a little colder than I was expecting for a hotel of their rating. We have stayed at multiple places in Brisbane, this was good, but not the best for overall service and experience. The pool is lovely, but very crowded as there isn't many chairs to rooms ratio. The staff at the bar downstairs were occupied with other things, so service took a while. Unsure why. The rooms are nice and well kept. The bed was comfortable.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Westin. We were in town for a family birthday celebration. From the moment we entered the doors at reception it was like coming home. Taylor at reception was amazing. So friendly, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed is amazing, the view was awesome, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded. Our room also came with club room privilege's and the included happy hour from 5pm in the club lounge was a perfect way to end the day. Great selection of wine - Basically tried them all. The only criticism was of the pool area. It opens up to day visitors in the Summer, and on the Saturday was kind of over run with day visitors and did detract a little from feeling exclusive, however the staff at the bar made up for it with great service. This hotel is located in a very easy walk to Queen Street Mall and Treasury Casino. Thanks Westin, we will be back
