Pretty poor service. I paid $15 for a phone charger and I didn’t even get one that worked. When addressed I was simply told “it’s a third party” which is wonderful for them. Taking no accountability for the $15 I just paid to charge my phone to get home. There was little help at the bar as well. It was met with a “I don’t know, maybe call them” It was 11pm. No one was going to answer, and no one did. Really poor service for a venue I honestly expected more from.

Alex in the dining area had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. He was quick, attentive, kind, funny and was genuinely enjoying giving the best service possible. He made the trip to the casino for a late night dinner absolutely worth it.
