We spent the new year eve and a few days thereafter at the Suynergy. We really liked our stay, following from 2 previous visits. The 2 bedroom apartments continue to be great value, having all necessary facilities for a relaxed stay. The location is excellent, as others have mentioned - close enough to the beach and to the shopping strip, without being too close to the disturbance. No problem finding parking spot in the garage. The people servicing the apartments are also very friendly and accommodating. This was an improvement from 2 years ago. A few other things to consider, which I hope will explain why I gave a rating of 4 for the rooms. The apartments can be different. For example, the one we stayed this time had very few power outlets, to the point that finding a place for the laptop was not easy. The swimming pool is small. The air conditioning in this room was also different from our previous stays, and proved difficult to operate. One thing that does require some attention is the maintenance of the gym. The chain in the rowing machine had not been lubricated for a while, making it not only noisy, but also hard to use. And, the main thing, throughout our stay there was no replacement of the wipes which you are supposed to use following use of the machines. So, overall very good, but with room for improvement.

A dreadful appartment block for our holiday. Do not waste your money on this place. The lifts don’t work properly, the spa pool was broken and the apartment was terrible. One bathroom stank of sewage and nothing was done despite our complaints. Both doors to the balcony did not lock which was poor for security. The lock on the front door didn’t work properly and required jiggling around to work. Upon complaint, a handyman came whose solution was to put oil in the keyhole. This didn’t really work either. Further complaints yielded nothing. Despite the exorbitant price, it is a cheap nasty place to stay with faults everywhere.
