I really enjoyed my stay here. I was on the 23rd floor and in a one bedroom ocean view apartment and the view was great! The fireworks from balcony on New Year’s Eve were spectacular! The apartment was very clean, tidy and kitchen well equiped. The level 4 pool area was always inviting. The facilities were very good on level 4. I found the apartment to be in an excellent position, close to restaurants and shops but far enough away to be quiet. The only negative comments from me is the bed was a bit hard, the off white carpet had dirty marks on it , which I noticed as soon as I walked in ( not sure why anyone would have off white carpet in serviced apartment though), the seating in living room could be more comfortable. I had six nights here but no change of towels or room refresh. 2 coffee pod allowance. The positives outweighed the negatives as I really enjoyed my stay. The comments are intended as feedback to management.
The one bedroom apartment was self contained and perfect for us. The location was perfect, short walk to Woolworths and restaurants and the beach. The views from the balcony of the beach was stunning. The amenities were the cherry on the cake, the size of the pool, the spa and the steam and sauna rooms were something we used every day, the weather was terrible so these amenities helped get us through. Definitely coming back and staying here again, hubby and I absolutely loved it.
