Stayed here for 4 nights as part of Titan Travel group tour from the UK. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was fine and we slept well. Nicely situated, it doesn't take long to walk anywhere and the lovely promenade and lagoon are not far away, nor is the harbour. The hotel restaurant offered a good selection of food & drink. If you are part of a touring group, then there is a launderette just across the road from the hotel which was handy. One thing we would recommend when staying here is visiting the Cairns Aquarium which is only a short walk away - it is amazing and well worth going to if you have a few hours of free-time.

I had initially intended to stay at another well-known hotel nearby, but luckily I decided against it. A friend of mine happened to be staying there and told me that the hotel was quite outdated. So, instead, I chose to book a room at Bailey. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with just a 2-minute walk to the night market and a 10-minute stroll to the bay. Also the price of the hotel was great, especially since I received a 10% discount for signing up for their membership. The room itself was new and the amenities provided were definitely worth the price I paid. I highly recommend the Crystalbrook brand and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future.
