Amazing staff and friendly service. Great for kids, great pool with great pretend beach and sand. All the hotels up and down the esplanade in this $3-400 range are very similar in prices and services. After reading many reviews I went with Novotel due to a lack of complaints in other reviews about thin walls, night clubs, rude staff and dodgy European holiday makers trying to reserve all the sun beds and/or any random person on the street coming in to use the pool. The staff at eery encounter, front desk, chamber maid, pool bar, restaurant, gym, etc - were always so happy, engaging and helpful. A real asset. Kids got on well with other kids and the general pricing was appropriate too. Beach towel service is also a great help!! Their online photos need updating as they don't do the place justice! It is better than what they present.

Had a great time here with my family! Great service by the staff and lots of child friendly activities. The only negative thing I can comment on is the gym as there were minimal equipment and no free weights but made do with the cable machine during my stay.
