Unfortunately my stay was not that great. First of all, the room service was not adequate as the cleaning and refilling of all necessary items were not up to scale. The room service was completed at 1pm which was unexpected. The reception (although not too busy) was extremely slow at the time of checkout. When you try to call room service from room, no body picks up the call. There is no SPA available for hotel guests, there is a SPA facility for which you have to pay. The pool has extensive amount of chlorine and I could smell chlorine on my bed the next day even after taking bath few times. The location is great with lot of restaurants nearby. The view from room is also amazing.

Beautiful rooms staff were very helpful , room service and meals very good. Modern rooms with comfortable beds and pillows large screen TV practically new bathroom can't fault the Pullman for service and comfort. The pool area is great with lots of choices with deck chairs and cabanas available it also has a pool bar with food to table service. Had a nice relaxing time at the Pullman excellent. Fantastic coffee at the lobby bar and some nice comfy chairs and tables.
