We loved our stay. It was quiet (no kids around!) and in a great location close to everything. We slept well every night and felt safe The only negative is there is no privacy if you're using the gym- you walk through the gym to go to the pool area and everyone can see you in the gym from the pool! Highly recommend changing this.

We had a two night stay arranged for my husband’s birthday. We were lucky to receive a beautiful upgrade and some cheese and wine on arrival. The view was beautiful….we could see the large cruise ships in dock, the inlet and the mountains beyond. To watch the big boats leave and arrive was something we’d never seen before. As Cairns locals, we are thankful to have the visitors support our local economy. We ate at Soy and Tamarind restaurants. Service was warm and efficient. Tamarind was very special. For us what always stands out is the welcome and the service of the hotel staff. This is why it will always be our first choice in Cairns. Many thanks to the team once again.
