Comfortable room with the essentials provided. Bed was a little sidt but comfortable nonetheless. Location to National Convention Centre was good. On-site parking limited but available during our stay at a cost. Breakfast buffett was great.

Great location and a very well managed IHG hotel. Very nice Red Salt restaurant and Lume Bar..the bar is new since my last visit being adjacent to the restaurant down a level from the previous bar accessed at the side of Reception. Reception staff were excellent, but the standout for me was the young man clearing plates and tables at breakfast. His anticipation of guests needs and attention to all facets of his job was a delight to see. Very polite and attentive. All staff we interacted with were very pleasant and efficient. Our suite was clean and comfortable..everything we needed. All in all, yet another very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Canberra.
