The most amazing experience.❣️ From your room, being able to sit in a bath next to a wild animal, sleep with them, with what seems like at the foot of your bed, is something that will stay with us forever. The attention to detail from ALL staff is something we have never experienced. They think of everything. You want for nothing. Cleanliness, 10 out 10. We commend them and the owners on all aspects. Dining experience is definitely first class with the crusine 10 out of 10. If you are reading this, do not hesitate to go. Animals here are living the best life. We will be back 100%. I've stayed here 4 times and it never seizes to amaze. The staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have an incredible experience every single time. Food is beyond incredible and payment is worth every cent as it goes towards animal care and preservation programs. This is one of the only places in the world where you can sleep right next to various different animals with nothing but a plane if glass between you. Canberra is so extremely lucky to have this in our own backyard. Big thanks to Richard and family and the Jamala team. See you next time!
