We always book a premium room being the newer option. Rooms are a good size & clean, staff were all good. Only negative was doors slamming from quite early on the Sunday morning.

Stayed for business, was upgraded, the room was large and very clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and I slept very well. Only gripe was difficulty in connecting to room service and not being told if breakfast options just charged for full buffet.
