This hotel is no where near 5 stars. The rooms are aging and need a revamp. The biggest problem though is the staff, their attitude and lack of courtesy for customers. Loud music is played in the foyer until 2 am. I asked several times to turn it down and the bar staff turn it up. It’s not a pleasant experience when you are trying to sleep in the hotel and you visit for work several times a month. I think customer service is lacking and total disrespect for paying customers. If you are a business person working it is best to stay at another hotel. Management need to take a good hard look at who they employ and why they think it is acceptable to play music so loud until early hours of the morning. This is mid week too.

Hotel was tidy and room size is good.Water pressure in the bathroom is nice.Hotel staff are also very good and welcoming. We are a family of 3 adults and 2 children and we could comfortably sleep in a twin queen room. The size of room is huge and amenities are good. Food is good too.Overall a comfortable stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for stay on a budget, especially families with kids.I even got a 25% off when booked online from their website.
