There were steps in all the rooms that we were given on Level 1. It was hazardous especially for the 4 elderly persons travelling with me. When I requested for room change, I was told I had to top up. The beds and pillows were a little too soft for me. I liked the water pressure in the shower and that we had ample space to move around, but there was no glass door to prevent shower water from getting the other parts of the toilet wet. I liked that it had a wardrobe with doors (many budget business hotels just have an open space to hang clothes). I love the breakfast!! They offer a variety of gourmet cheeses and delicatessen meats, with fresh fruits like Mandarin oranges and cantaloupe. They even have a pancake making machine! My favourite is the grilled tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms. They even have chia seeds which I liked so much. The location is great too!! The Concierge made an error on the deposit but another helpful staff assisted us with useful advice and informed the manager to rectify the problem.

We stayed for two nights - it was really busy and an overseas group was checking in as I arrived. I had to wait a short while, but staff were very apologetic and friendly and I was checked in quickly once my turn came. The room was spotless and comfortable, perfect for our needs, and in a great location. There was no wait for lifts, even as busy as it was, and yes, there was a line for breakfast on our first morning, but clear signage in the elevators had pointed out the peak and less busy times, so we were noy surprised and so we went to one of the countless cafes located within short walking distance. The next day there was no queue so we had the buffet breakfast and the food was great. Car parking was close by and while a little tricky to get to if you are not familiar with the areas, staff provided excellent printed directions that enabled us to park securely. We would stay here again without hesitation.
