I come to hobart frequently for business & wanted to try something different when my usual hotel was booked out. ||I was really impressed by the standard.||Our room had great views, loved the electric blinds, and was spotlessly clean.||Staff were exceptional and very friendly.||Our room had access to the executive lounge which was a highlight of our trip. The staff here were so lovely and friendly. We enjoyed our nightly visits to the lounge. ||There is also a restaurant and bar in the lobby which were also nice.||This hotel so convenient to the mall & a short stroll to Salamanca and wharf. ||I highly recommend this place

Stayed here while visiting Hobart area. Hotel is on main road with very limited car access. Valet service available, which we used. Note you may have to wait around 30 minutes for your car so plan ahead. Room was very modern with technology for the blinds and curtains which opened when we entered the room, and had a city view. All usual amenities, including safe and mini fridge. Modern bathroom, which at first glance looked very smart, however a slight criticism would be that while you could close the whole bathroom off, there was no separate door for the toilet, and the shower was open. We had buffet breakfast each morning, and there was reasonable choice of hot and cold items. We dined in the hotel one night, and the vegetables were lukewarm. We mentioned this to our server, and we were offered complementary dessert, which was good customer service in our view. Plenty of shops on the street the hotel is on, and in easy walking otherwise. Salamanca market area is good for restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.
