We got a 2BR apartment and, for the price it was very good. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and a full size refrigerator. The unit itself was really enormous! Location is great and he only a couple blocks back from the wharf. Hotel staff were really friendly too.

This is a really good hotel. It's in a great location, it's well managed, the staff are all excellent and my apartment was spacious and well proportioned.|The hotel is a delight to enter with a huge entrance area where people relax on sofas sipping drinks or a coffee or just to chat. But the Woolstore's biggest asset is its staff, everyone from the bar staff (a very helpful and knowledgeable young man) to the technical person to the cleaners to the 24 hour room service waiters to reception was helpful, courteous and efficient. The manager, whoever he or she is, certainly deserves some brownie points for this well run establishment.|Note that the hotel isn't on the Waterfront itself but on the street behind.
