We booked a family lodge room for 4adults. On the description it said 2 single beds and a queen bed. When we got to the room, we found one of the single beds was just a rollout bed, much shorter than the other and does not fit an adult. It was also not made up like the others and very uncomfortable. Asked reception about it and they said they were aware it didn't fit an adult but that was the way they provided the room. Very disappointed

A lovely pool Coffee food BUT we asked for a Large CP site and what they put us in was more for a 4 wheel drive with a roof top tent.The front of the van was protruding 2 metres out the front of the bay.Our awning was touching the people next to us. On viewing the park there were plenty of Large bays with noone in them. Maybe management need to take a walk around the park and check what size CV can fit the bays.
