A great hotel at the top of York street. A short walk to the town and a really lovely welcome. The room was spacious and clean. Light with a great view of Launceston. Plenty of room to store clothes and bags. Pia on reception was very professional and always eager to help regardless of what the query was. Would I stay again? 100% yes

The room is very well appointed and has a great view. Beautiful at night. The bathroom has luxurious towels and products. I was most impressed with the complementary Voeu witchhazel facial astringent that sat beside facial wipes. Rooms cleaned and restocked daily. Bed was heavenly. It is a luxury experience that is extremely good value. We will definitely be back. Loved our stay right near City Park..
