We stayed for three nights at the end of December. It was a good stay, though the rep at the reception wanted to charge us for a folding bed though i booked a room for two adults and one child. I asked to call the manager of the hotel who resolved the issue immediately. I would also be cautious if you get a room facing William street because if you open the sliding door to the balcony you will get the odor from the kitchen exhaust. Parking places are so small, it is a builders mistake, basically they are not as per spec. On the positive side, the hotel is in central location and it has decent size rooms with a bathroom with a real bath.

We stayed two nights in a one bedrooms suite. It was really spacious, with a nice kitchen area, and a washer and dryer located in the bathroom. So handy when you’ve been travelling for five weeks like we had been. Pleasant and helpful staff. Everything was clean and tidy.
