I recently stayed at Queenspark site with family and friends from 23/12/23 and unfortunately, our experience was marred by unexpected weather conditions (Storm) The adverse weather made it challenging for us to enjoy our planned activities, especially with elderly parents and small children in our group. What disappointed me further was the interaction with the staff when I approached them about the situation. Despite explaining the difficulties we faced, we were informed that no credit or refund could be provided. Having booked a total of four campsites, our group, including elderly family members and young kids, struggled to fully utilize our reserved period due to the weather conditions. It was disheartening to not receive any consideration, given the circumstances. While I understand campsite policies may not typically allow for refunds or credits under such circumstances, I believe a more empathetic approach could have greatly improved our experience. I hope the management considers these situations more individually and provides a more customer-centric solution in the future.
