Enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Room was modern, clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly. Carpark was okay, but it's a little tight. Undercover parking was a bonus. Everything is ground floor with no step, so access was easy. The bed was excellent. My only criticism was there was no passive ventilation in the room at night. You can't open the door or window because the light is too bright and you are right on the main drag, so it's a little noisy with the window open. Other than the ventilation I'd happily give it 5 stars. Happy days.
It's great to see so many 5-star reviews of this place, because we agree! It's exactly as described when we booked it, and was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent - less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre (and Woolies, which we visited to stock up for our cheese/meats platter one evening), and close to nature walks near Obi Obi Creek. Our room (Tamarind) was clean, nicely decorated, and had a small kitchen with an air-fryer, which was very handy. The rooms have an external door, but also have a (lockable) internal door leading to a shared area - lounge, kitchen, laundry, etc. We didn't use those facilities, but I can see how that could be very attractive to others. The hosts have also put in a lot of work to recommend local dining places, tourist attractions, and have even created a mini-website about the property and region.
