What a fabulous place! We stayed in the Loch Ard Motor Inn for a couple of nights in early January and just loved it. It is in such an amazing location and our room had a fantastic view overlooking the Port Campbell beach. It was a lovely, spacious room with very comfortable beds and an ensuite shower. Couldn't fault it - would hightly recommend to anyone looking to stay along the Great Ocean Road. It's very close to the Twelve Apostles, Gibson Steps and Loch Ard Gorge, so perfect as a base.
Clean beds, hot shower, and easy check in. It's a nice spot given the location and accessibility to prominent sights along great ocean road. Plentiful parking as well. The rooms are equipped with small fridge and microwave - important incase you end up like us! We arrived too late lingering around for sunset and ended up having to ramen in the room for which the microwave was essential. The AC was functioning well and we had a good one night stay.
