The hotel is quirky which gives it its uniqueness. The service from the time you arrive at the entrance, through to reception, food & beverage areas and house keeping is EXCELLENT. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are a nice large size, clean and well lit. The buffet breakfast is also superb. They are also up to date with technology. You can use your phone to open your room door (as long as you’ve downloaded the QT app). There is also an iPad type tablet in every room to order room service and check on the weather etc etc. There is an excellent pool and bar area where you can relax the whole day if you desire.

May want to consider options else where if you want to lay at the pool, cannot get a lounge after about 8am, they need to stop allowing people to put a towel on a lounge to reserve them, either lay on them or let someone else! Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable but the old style bathtub shower was a little odd and not a great experience. Food at the pool was good. Expected better from QT based on previous experience.
