Good location. Rooms are a bit dusty. Not cleaned properly. Food still on carpets. The fan in the second room not working. Pool is a good size. Bathrooms not very clean and very small. Only 1 TV in the living room. Outside looks much better then inside.

I would like to state that I, Charlotte Douglas is staying at the Trilogy at Surfers Paradise with Nicolas Sotiriou for two nights. Nicolas has already reviewed the Trilogy. We were so rudely spoken to by the Manager earlier on and I have to state that she has already ruined the short staycation. I have never been spoken to in such a condescending and belittling manner which has ruined our time here. I have been a teacher all my professional life and the very least I expect is to be spoken to with respect. The Manager needs to learn some interpersonal skills and learn how to communicate politely with her customers. She actually slowed down her speech as if we were small children! Unbelievable! As for the apartment, the toilet seat is broken. The folding door leading to the bathroom is missing it's handle. As for the bed, it's totally uncomfortable, missing a timber slat and is of poor quality . Under the kitchen sink, the cupboard has fallen away and can't be closed properly. Never would I consider a return here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone for a holiday. How many holidays has this Manager ruined?!!! The Manager needs to take a LONG, permanent holiday herself!!!!
