Overall a good hotel in a nice area with lots of cafes and restaurants, and only a two minute walk from Coles and other shops. The views aren’t incredible so if you’re looking for a hotel with a good view of Sydney, you won’t get it here. It is based next to a main highway so it gets very noisy and can remain loud up until the early hours of the morning. Another issue is that parking can get very busy in the underground parking area, and if you arrive too late it can be extremely hard to get a park. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is great, and it’s awesome that a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer are also all available. If you remove the loud noise of the highway, and if it had a better view of Sydney I would give it 5 stars but primarily because of those small downsides, it’s a 4 star hotel.

Great spacious rooms but terrible service and broken lift (was staying on level 8) no effort by staff to accommodate guest needs. Location is great if you are not driving. Also in a direct flight path. I wouldn't stay here again.
