This is the most pathetic property I have been to ever , trapping people by claiming to be a 5 star hotel and offer not even 3 star services. Breakfast buffet is nothing short of disaster with very limited choices. Boiled eggs, grilled tomatoes and sausages were kept cold. Had to remind staff for everything 2-3 times and they were not motivated to do their jobs. No coffee, milk or even water was available. Kids had to wait 15-20 mins for water. Rooms balcony were not clean and had dust all over the place. We were 4 and booked a family room, they gave 2 small bottles of water complimentary and forced us to order water from restaurant.

I stayed 5 days in April’22 - it is very new but this not a 5 star hotel. Rooms: spacious but 3 star quality beds. Locker space for clothes inexplicably small for a room this size - even in the suites. Why?? The rooms are big enough to put large lockers, especially the suites. Also inexplicable : NO Bedside lamps. Only bright/white overhead light. Not cozy. Windows INCREDIBLY DIRTY!! Ok, Baku is a dusty place but these have not been cleaned in months - if not from when the hotel opened. Why so careless?? Bad image for outside and from inside. TV lowest and cheapest quality. Bathroom: was leaking. Amenities level of 2 star hotel or less. Big and new hotel but care and service of 2 or 3 star at most.
