Location is very convenient. Lot of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean and tidy. Front staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is not up to the mark but otherwise great. The rooms are not sound proof. This is something the management need to look seriously
West shine hotel, Baku is a decent 3/4 start hotel near Altus and Atlas hotel. Their rates are also very nominal and affordable. Gym, swimming pool and swana options are available. Very neat and clean rooms. Service level can be improved. Specially the breakfast needs an utmost improvement, service at restaurant level is not as per the standards. But the location of hotel is very good. 5 minutes walk to Bus and 10 minutes walk to Metro Train station.
