My recent three-day stay at this hotel left me extremely dissatisfied. While the location and car parking arrangements were satisfactory, the numerous issues with the room overshadowed any positive aspects. The most significant problem was the uncomfortable room, where the air conditioning did not work properly, making it difficult to relax. Moreover, the bathroom was unclean, despite changing rooms twice. What shocked me the most was the unprofessional behavior displayed by the Managing Director and hotel manager. When I requested two towels for our room, the Managing Director dismissed my request, stating that it was not a five-star hotel and each room only received one towel. I explained that we had three beds and needed more than one towel, but their response was dismissive and unsympathetic. It is crucial for the hotel management to prioritize customer service and address the issues faced by guests. I strongly recommend the owner to review their business operations and identify the problems that are hindering the provision of exceptional customer experiences. Professionalism, cleanliness, and prompt resolution of guest concerns should be of utmost importance. Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the uncomfortable room, unclean bathroom, and the unprofessional behavior of the Managing Director and hotel manager. I sincerely hope that the necessary improvements will be made to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.
