Its almost 11 km driving distance from Kolatoli , Coxs Bazar and 100 m walking way from marine drive road. You have to walk through betel leaf-vegetable field. This walk way remain dark after evening as there is no light. The environment of the resort is tranquil, sorroundings is serene. Straw roofed cottage with wooden floor and wall is very nice. Wasb room is spacious with good amenities. Lots of flower in the lawn and boundaries. Behof staff and their service is good. Its a perfect place for coulple to be out of the world. Theres is a mangrove forest also between the reasort and the beach. Beach almost 800m away. Its totally a safe Resort in case of security.
Moon nest is a PERFECT a isolation in nature and wilderness away from crowd and city life. Cox's Bazar is no where near my first choice for sea trip because the main beaches (in Kolatoli) are polluted by too many people, dirt, and light. So, during this late Ramadan (of 2023), when I saw an emtpy Cox's Bazar and heard the name of Moon nest, I saw an opportunity and I took it. I stayed on night at Moon nest with 50% offer on their original rent. I am not sure if I will prefer staying there spending 6k a night, but my stay spending 3k per night was totally worth it. The nest (cottage) itself is an aesthetic piece of room, it’s specious, it’s full of light and air, you just want to stay there. Outside of the room is even mesmerising with the presence of constant supply of breeze coming from the beach that lies beneath a "Jhau bon" in front of this nest. 5 ★ location: Moon nest didn’t invade the ecology and nature there, it didn’t unnecessarily cut down tree and mangrove bushes. This nest has a harmonic existence with it's surrounding nature. And the surrounding of this nest evokes such a desolation of wilderness that you will love to be in if you specifically looking for such seclusion; there’s mangrove jungle along the canal, she-oke jungle along the entrance of the beace. And the beace itself is clean, fresh, an unbothered habitate of red crabs. 5 ★ service: the food was SO good, the chef there knows what he is doing. The staff's reception was cordial, their behaviour was kind. Highly recommended. I would love to visit there again (in Ramadan of course :p)
