Het hotel van alles juist niet. Kamers netjes en groot maar echt niet gezellig. Verander gewoon de lampen naar warm wit ipv koud wit en je hebt al een heelbandere sfeer. En kale muren helpen ook niet. Mooi uitzicht als je extra betaald. Restaurant, ook weer net niet. Dure cocktails maison maar 1 zonder ijsblokjes. Bij 1 voorgerecht was men de toastjes vergeten bv. De service in het restaurant was ook niet beleefd, moeilijk doen omdat we de drankenkaart vragen en geen wijn bestellen is echt een brug te ver. NB proficiat aan de muzikanten. Wellness. Echt niet. Fijn dat er een sauna en hamman in het Hotel is maar je moet dit niet doen blijken dat je kunt genieten van een dagje wellness. Veel te klein en te koud om te relaxen. Nb de ontvangst aan de receptie was wel top.

Mensen koop geen cadeaubon van Bongo. Wij hebben van onze kinderen een luxe wellness weekend gekregen en eenmaal aangekomen bij Silva Hotel Spa Balmore bleek van het luxe wellness weekend totaal geen sprake. Je kon het alles behalve een luxe wellness noemen, alles is stuk, oud en vies. 2 hele kleine sauna's en de jacuzzi was defect en zoals eerder vermeld, alles is stuk, oud en vies. Wij hebben besloten om naar huis te gaan, zo erg was het. Na het gemeld te hebben komt Bongo ons op geen enkele manier tegemoet, echt schandalig......we zijn ons geld kwijt en hebben hier helemaal niets voor terug! Ik wil jullie echt waarschuwen, koop niet bij Bongo en ga niet naar dit hotel wanneer je een luxe wellnes verwacht!
